Terra Nova Golf Resort Course is the flagship of the golf community in Newfoundland and Labrador. This magnificent course, carved though the rugged Newfoundland terrain, offers spectacular scenery and challenging play that has caught the attention of golfers from all over the world.Terra Nova Park Lodge and Golf Club was given a Platinum rating by Canada�s Golf Course Ranking Magazine placing it in the top six courses in Atlantic Canada and the top 30 in Canada. The course is a par 71 that plays 6,546 yards with 90 percent of the course around water including two salmon rivers that criss-cross the course. In 2001 a new nine-hole course will open at Terra Nova Golf Resort. The Eagle will offer golfers all the similar sights and challenges as present on the 18-hole course.In addition to great golf, Terra Nova Golf Resort offers visitors an 82 room lodge with full dining and beverage facilities. There is an array of onsite and nearby recreational opportunities including swimming, tennis, sea kayaking, boat tours, hiking, fishing, eagle watching and day trips to the marine interpretation center.
