One of Canada's most beautiful natural settings is now home to its best new golf course. Designed by reknowned golf arctitest Doug Carrick The River Course is laid out on a swath of land at the foot of part of the Long Range Mountains, near the shores of Deer Lake and the Humber River.
The course is considered by many to be Doug Carrick's best acheivement that he doesn't imtimidate players with the golf course the way they may be by the surrounding landscape.
The 10th hole is already one of the best holes in the country, a designation that will soon be shared by the golf course once word spreads.
